We offer a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call to discuss your goals and determine if we're a good fit. For clients ready to move forward, we offer an In-Home Consultation starting at $149.

During this visit, we'll assess your space, discuss your needs, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations along with a project estimate. Consultation fees may be credited toward qualifying projects booked within 30 days.

Yes. We can recommend and source organizing products that fit your space, style, and budget. Product costs are separate from service fees unless otherwise specified.

Once you book a full-service organizing project for any area of your home, you officially become a FLO client. As a client, you'll gain access to ongoing support, including scheduled Reset Sessions designed to help maintain your systems, keep your spaces functioning smoothly, and adapt your organization as your needs change over time.

Absolutely not. We've seen it all. Our role is to provide support without judgment and create solutions that make your home work better for you.
